Types of activities

Short version: The website of Odesa Basket is intended for users who wish to make a donation or otherwise help the Organization.
Odesa Basket helps people with disabilities. The organization provides financial assistance and/or finances rehabilitation programs for these people.
The Site is intended for users who wish to make a donation ("Donors") or otherwise assist the Organization ("Volunteers").

Assistance

Short version: You can make a one-time and monthly/annual donation to the Organization through the Site. The funds received by the Organization are transformed into assistance to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Charter of the Organization. You can find financial and tax reports on the use of funds on the Website.
With the help of the Site, users can make charitable contributions to the Organization, which uses them in the above areas. If you wish, you may indicate the name of a specific event or project you wish to support. You can make a one-time donation or set up a monthly/annual payment for a certain amount, which can be withdrawn at any time by using the appropriate service or by contacting your bank's support.
Please note that payments through our Site are provided by transferring funds to the Organization's account via Visa and MasterCard payment systems or by a payment service provider, which we do not control, namely LiqPay. Once you click on a link to pay using LiqPay, you must comply with the terms of use, privacy policy and other policies of that provider. In no event shall the Organization be responsible for the payment data processed by such provider.

Volunteering

Short version: If you want to get involved in the activities of the Organization, you can become a volunteer.
We invite you to help the above-mentioned people not only financially, but also by volunteering. To do this, please fill out the form on the website and tell us how you would like to help the Organization.
At your request, the Organization will conclude a corresponding volunteer agreement.

If no consensus can be reached through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine, in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable substantive law of Ukraine.
All claims must be filed within one (1) year from the date of their occurrence, unless a longer period is required by law.

Other conditions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

A printed version of these Terms is admissible as evidence in a court or administrative proceeding arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records created and maintained in hard copy.
